1. Solution Architect (U.S. & Northern Europe)

  • Drive integration of Databricks Lakehouse Platform into enterprise ecosystems

  • Lead development and deployment of scalable data solutions

  • Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field required

  • 12+ years of experience in IT and data engineering

2. Data Engineer (U.S. & Northern Europe)

  • Implement data pipelines and architectures using Databricks

  • Proficient in Python, Scala, and Spark

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering

3. Senior Cloud Solutions Consultant (U.S. & Northern Europe)

  • Advise clients on cloud technologies and big data solutions

  • Work with AWS, Azure, and GCP environments

  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and data migration

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud consulting

4. Machine Learning Engineer (U.S. & Northern Europe)

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models using Databricks

  • Experience with ML frameworks and big data technologies

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning

5. HR Specialist (Harrogate, UK)

  • Overseeing the hiring process from recruitment to onboarding

  • Developing and implementing training and development programs

  • Managing employee relations and addressing concerns

  • Ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records

  • Supporting performance management and improvement systems

  • Providing guidance on policies and procedures to staff and management

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required

  • Experience in HR practices and a passion for employee engagement

6. Account Delivery Manager (Harrogate, UK)

  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all client account matters

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Negotiating contracts

  • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs

  • Developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement

  • Preparing reports on account status and activity

  • Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
